I’  used to a broadcast media to socialize human rights issues at Blitar. This activity was supported by local radio (Patria FM), and I was scheduled as key speakers on “The Rights of Migrant Workers” topic, twice a month on a regular “60 minutes” talk show.  From this activity, I hope that I could persuade local legislatives and government officers to make better regulation for protecting migrant workers rights, and to solve human rights problems. We hope that Blitar community has better knowledge of human rights violence, the way they can let somebody know, the place where they can give information, kinds of the institution that can help them, and better understanding that some body may have taken their rights, etc.  Furthermore, IKADIN try to give immediate solution such as free consultation or legal advices especially for the poor people (its called prodeo) to solve their problem. Future goal of my activity is strengthens self confidence of Blitar community as they knows their rights while they’re on domestic labor, overseas or every where they work.
